Watch Nonito Donaire Jr. vs Fernando Montiel
The fight is going to push through and it will be staged on February 19 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fernando Montiel's WBC and WBO Bantamweight titles will be at stake. The undercard bouts will feature a rematch between Jesus Soto-Karass and Mike Jones. Jones won their first fight November 13 of last year.
The date is February 19, 2011 but its temporary and the bout is still subject to change and commission approval. This means the fight is still being cooked. It's not yet a done deal.
Let's not stop praying though that this fight is going to push through. Nonito and Fernando are both strong and aggressive fighters so the bout will undoubtedly be one that is full of action.
