Pacquiao vs Cotto - THE FINAL COUNTDOWN!

EVERYONE is anxious about the upcoming fight of Manny Pacquiao.

Pacquiao is back in Manila after a week of fulfilling his marketing obligations that included traveling in key cities in the US and Puerto Rico to drum up excitement for the fight.

Experts have pointed out that with Pacquia’s tight schedule, he may not have enough time to prepare for Miguel Cotto.

Pacquiao has said time and again that he only needs eight weeks to hone up for Cotto. He said after training for so many fights against the world’s best, he is pretty sure eight weeks is enough. He estimates that he will be at his peak at fight night.

Pacquiao carried the Filipino flag at the opening ceremony for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He’s the only Filipino boxer to appear on a postage stamp. Earlier this year, Time Magazine listed him among its “100 most influential people” in the world.

Manny takes himself less seriously. “I’m just a regular person who believes life is simple,” he says. “I want to share the good things that God has given me.”

Pacquiao makes his fellow Filipinos happy the way that Muhammad Ali in his prime made people happy. In the ring, he’s their representative. Face to face, there’s adoration.

I like cotto but this just gonna be another mismatch for pacquiao. maybe because of margarito or the cut on his left brow or he's puerto rican or (fill in the blank).
