ROXAS CITY – The Sinadya sa Halaran (SSH) Publicity and Promotions Committee through the Capiz Provincial Press Bureau (CPPB) has created a Sinadya sa Halaran blog site in the aim to globally promote and disseminate the Capiceños' premier festival on the first week of December this year.
